Here is a short guide to help you navigate around our service.

What do I see when I login?

You’ll be shown the browse page.  The profiles you’re shown are limited by the Filters that you’ve selected.  If you’ve navigated away from the browse page, simply click/tap on the Compass icon to return. If you're using the app, select Matches.

What are my Filters, and how do I adjust them?

Your Filters describe what you’re looking for in another member.  The Filters are accessible from the browse page by selecting Filter or loveOS_filters.png . We recommend that you visit this page and make sure that your settings reflect your preferences.

Where can I find my messages?

Your messages can be viewed by clicking on the Message/Inbox icon.  To view a specific message, select the member to see your conversation history.

How can I view/edit my profile?

To see your profile, click/tap on the Profile Photo icon. Select My Profile from the drop-down menu. If you're on the app, select My account and tap the pencil icon. You can view and edit the information on your profile from this page.

How can I make changes to my account details?

You can find your email address, password, and subscription information by navigating to Account Settings. You will find this option via the menu (Profile Photo icon or loveOS_more.png or My account.)
